  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Mitie leadership apprentice management provided was very good and important to me. The training given to us has made me to be more confident and exposed me to some of those thing l did not know before l attended the course. At the training, we were told to share every good thing we learn with our colleagues. As a result of this, we will always remember what we share with others at work.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes l learnt new skills at the training. We were told how to get subcontractor to cover officer call in sick in an emergency. Also, as a team leader were told how to be a team player that will lead example both at work and at home. Besides, I learnt the importance of sharing workload at management academy. This has made all my colleagues to respect and appreciate my work..Moreover, l developed existing skills by laying more emphasis on the importance of fire doors patrols.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • To be honest, l really enjoy the programmes. At the end of the course within me, I felt more confidence and more reliance than before. I can boldly stand my grand at work now. Also, l can organise a team member to achieve the goal of an organisation. As a result of the satisfaction l derived from the programme,l am looking forward to do next level

  • The programme was well organised and simple that, we officers at the leadership training were able to learn many things that would help our site to deliverat our different sites. Furthermore, the consistency of our tutor is incomparable. My tutor and her team are always there to support us.

  • Mitie management is very good. They are very supportive. They want us to active on role and on the service we render to our customer sainsburys stores and sites. Infact. we received percent support from Mitie.

  • We received solid and good support from our training provider. They always go extra miles for us to understand the traning given to us. You know where l am, give a call if you need further explanation.

  • I feel more satisfy with my training provider. They really help and prepare me to achieve my qualification. Their consistency in giving standard and up to date lecture is number one.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes. there are extra activities to get involved in at my work. We have GYM room where colleagues can relax during the break or before they start their shift or after their shift. The importance of this, is to make workers to be mentaly sound and active on their work.

  • Yes

  • Yes. I would recommend Mitie to a friend because, they think outside the box by volunteer to equippe their officers with knowledge and experience that will make their job more easy to do.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mitie Ltd?
  • I would advise others officers to applying with Mitie for work because, they discover talent and invest in the future development of its officers. Mitie pays salaries on time. They have never owe any officer wages or monthly salaries.
