I work in security and have to be proactive in dealing with and preventing any incidents of shoptheft or antisocial behavior as well as creating a safe shopping environment for customers.
I have learnt how to better deal with colleague issues and learnt alot about my own behaviors and how to work on becoming better all round
I loved the whole program as it gave me an insight into what I was/am capable of and gave me some much needed confidence in my role.
Everything was perfectly organized and easy to manage throughout the program.
I received plenty of support and advice whenever I asked or needed throughout.
My training provider was excellent in assisting and helping me understand things that needed to be done in simpler terms, exactly what I needed and more.
Very well, I definitely have more skills to deal with more complex issues than I did before. All handled much better than prior.
There possibly is but I just have not looked, yet.
Yes
Plenty of work, great bunch of people, lots of opportunities to progress.
Be honest. Be hardworking. You'll be fine.
