  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I'm really enjoying the programme, learning all sorts of new things. And brushing up on skills I already have. My favourite part of the programme is the practical sessions, it's great meeting up, my group are a lovely bunch and my Coach Dean is fantastic, always on hand to help, super enthusiastic, and really pushes us to thrive. I Like learning new dishes that him and Seb Demonstrate, it's always light hearted and fun, and my family love it when I recreate them at home. My least favourite part is one file.
