I'm really enjoying the programme, learning all sorts of new things. And brushing up on skills I already have. My favourite part of the programme is the practical sessions, it's great meeting up, my group are a lovely bunch and my Coach Dean is fantastic, always on hand to help, super enthusiastic, and really pushes us to thrive. I Like learning new dishes that him and Seb Demonstrate, it's always light hearted and fun, and my family love it when I recreate them at home. My least favourite part is one file.
Great, dates are spaced out for theory sessions and practicals.... is always on top of things if dates need to be changed.
I can only answer that question on my manager.... I guess I get enough altough they complain about time spent out for maths and English.
If we are talking about... then I can't fault him. I lost my mojo a little over the 6 weeks and he has not stopped pushing me to get back into it... he is a great support, always around when needed.
With more confidence, and he has instilled a better manner of working picking me up on all the minor things I do, so now I work differently to how I did before I started on this training programme.

My answer purely revolves around my trainer. He has made this experience a positive one for me. I didn't think i would enjoy it as much as I am.
Don't stress, ask questions, have fun.
