I am an operations manager for Mitie managing legionella control for the water division.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, the apprenticeship has been a very good learning exercise for me, especially from a time management perspective. It has helped me become more organised.

I found it very enjoyable and engaging

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

There were a few bumps in the road due to change of apprenticeship platform and tutors but then came in and steadied the ship and got me through the course, for which I was very grateful.

Mitie have been supportive in giving me the time to dedicate to the course, along with learning in my own time.

Training provider were very supportive and helped me through my EPA

I have certainly seen an improvement in my organisational skills, confidence and ability to perform my role.
