    • Yes I learnt team leading skills which I have applied to building up what security officers can do in terms of spotting crime and repeat offenders in particular

    • It was very lively and wide ranging and introduced numerous management concepts. It also focused hard on self presentation which was stimulating and revelatory

    • Very organised and good pathways through huge amounts of information

    • Very supportive with study days and travel costs

    • Supremely support and very on the ball and proactive, Forceful in a good way
