I am responsible for the running of the operations for the security contract at Sellafield which covers a vast area. This requires me to manage the current portfolio of clients and ensuring that all the contracts that we hold are covered by fully trained personnel.
i have been gaining more knowledge on why we do things and understanding those areas better
i do enjoy my program, especially the time i spend with my coach. his approach fits my learning style and im able to connect with the course because of him
it is very well organised
i receive enough support,
i have found that my coach will go out of his way to help and will make time when needed to assist with any issues i have
the training is giving me a better understanding of why things are done and is allowing me to better understand this, and allowing me to develop in a positive way
there are, however i have a large family and rarely have time for these things
Yes
mitie is a good place to work, and offers career pathways with clear progression opportunities
