My day is made up of completing admin tasks, speaking to my drivers and ensuring that safety controls are in place for the safety of my team
I have attain a lot of new skills which I currently employ in my day to day work this apprenticeship has bene enlightening and informative and has definitely increased my knowledge base
The programme has been hard but fair I have enjoyed the whole experience of learning new things after such a long period out of education has given me the opportunity to learn new skills which I hope will lead to better things for me in the workplace
This programme is extremely well organised and they ensure where needed you get plenty of support
Luckily I have an employer that gives me all the time I need necessary to complete this apprenticeship
My training provider is always available to me for whatever I need whether it is revision or if I get stuck with a certain task they are all warm and welcoming and extremely approachable
I am excited by the things I have learnt and this is helping me in my day to day role in terms of my career development
Yes, I am one of the Co chairs for our work Network Group I am also a qualified Coach and Mentor so help with our in house initiatives such as the Prince's Trust programme

The company does provide you with a way to improve your skills not just for the railway but general education not a lot of employers provide this opportunity
