So far in the apprenticeship program improved my understanding on self-development and I am in course of developing communications skills. Created my PDP that will use this program towards my aim to become a better leader by improving communication and management skills.
I am very pleased this the program as it addresses skills that I feel the need to be confident and enables me to access the necessary knowledge in a very easy to use platform with clear guidance and great support to complete the learning tasks.
I found this program very well organised with a clear plan that meets my long term professional development goal to become a better leader for my team.
My employers provides me with full support allowing for learning opportunities as off the job site activities, time to participate to workshops and to complete learning tasks.
My training provider is spot on with great availability for support and clear feedback that comes in very useful in completing learning tasks towards the qualifications aimed to be acquired through the program.
My role involves a lot of communication, upwards and downwards, but also a range of managerial skills (data management, decision making, problem solving) that are fully addressed within the program and I'm confident will help me perform in my daily tasks and further develop professionally.
Yes, we are involved in all sorts of events. I have taken part in these and met colleagues from all around the business such as charity clean up of parks and rivers, marking relevant days (cleaners day) and others.
