My role was to manage on the day-to-day security operations within IQL .This was including coordinating and deploying security personnel, training new employees properly, and ensuring our compliance with all the safety protocols required.
While I was training I learnt and developed a lot as an individual and as a professional . Communication and public speaking , shaping those skills help me not just at work but in my private life as well. So, I owe him a very big thank you for everything.
At the beginning it was difficult as it was not an easy strait forward platform for me to understand but after it made the things easy and not stressful. The way he was teaching was helping for sure not just me but my colleagues as well . It is very important to understand how the program and platform works . I did not have that at begging . The involvement of the trainer counted a lot.
Not much , being a busy site . Was the only person in the control room at that time… My manager was sick for a long term and supporting as best as he could in that circumstances.
