  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have only just started my journey, so still a lot to learn. I am enjoying the self-development at present, and each day learning something new about myself to help build my confidence and develop the skills to be the leader I want to be.

  • It seems well planned out. I think building a better picture of yourself is the best place to start.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I work in a very small team and there is nobody else to really pick up the workload when I am taking the time to study. I do find it hard sometimes to juggle everything and not get distracted by demands coming in. It's partly my responsibility to ask for help though and I know I don't as much as I should, but unsure who could pick up the work.

  • My training provider is brilliant. I feel like I can approach them anytime and they are always on hand to support me. Extremely approachable, patient and understanding.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have only just started my journey so it's a little early to gage the progress. There are some tools & techniques that are already helping me though. One is the monthly time blocking, as it helps me focus on specific tasks rather than trying to do too many things at once.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
