Administration skills, analytical skills and presentational skills have greatly improved.
I have only just started my journey, so still a lot to learn. I am enjoying the self-development at present, and each day learning something new about myself to help build my confidence and develop the skills to be the leader I want to be.
It seems well planned out. I think building a better picture of yourself is the best place to start.
I work in a very small team and there is nobody else to really pick up the workload when I am taking the time to study. I do find it hard sometimes to juggle everything and not get distracted by demands coming in. It's partly my responsibility to ask for help though and I know I don't as much as I should, but unsure who could pick up the work.

I have only just started my journey so it's a little early to gage the progress. There are some tools & techniques that are already helping me though. One is the monthly time blocking, as it helps me focus on specific tasks rather than trying to do too many things at once.
There are always professional networking events advertised. Not sure about the social activities/sports teams.
Yes
Very inclusive and the workforce are generally approachable and helpful. There are the opportunities for growth if you choose to take that path.
Be prepared to sink or swim. Use your own initiative and network early on.
