I manage a team of 35 drivers. My responsibilities are to ensure are to maintain good performance, carryout welfare on my drivers, complete engagement activities, complete HR investigations.
Since I have started my apprenticeship I have massively improved my ability not only as a line manager but this has enabled me to develop myself to progress into senior roles.
I have to say my coach has made my apprenticeship extremely enjoyable. without Anastacia Roos-Karides I don't think I could have continued. She puts me at ease tries to push me out of my comfort zone and supports where necessary. I also have enjoyed the project work I have experienced since starting the apprenticeship this has helped build my confidence and gave me the tools to potentially progress.
