  • I manage a team of 35 drivers. My responsibilities are to ensure are to maintain good performance, carryout welfare on my drivers, complete engagement activities, complete HR investigations.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Since I have started my apprenticeship I have massively improved my ability not only as a line manager but this has enabled me to develop myself to progress into senior roles.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have to say my coach has made my apprenticeship extremely enjoyable. without Anastacia Roos-Karides I don't think I could have continued. She puts me at ease tries to push me out of my comfort zone and supports where necessary. I also have enjoyed the project work I have experienced since starting the apprenticeship this has helped build my confidence and gave me the tools to potentially progress.

  • I couldn't ask for more support. My employer has been excellent.

  • she is excellent at her role and is a credit to you. She is extremely supportive.

  • Yes, Anastacia Roos-Karides always challenges me and supports me massively.

  • Yes, there is a conference we attend on a 6 monthly basis, a yearly Christmas party, Rail staff awards.
