Facilities Co-ordinator Review

I am a Facilities Coordinator in two buildings, assisting the Building Manager with daily operations. My responsibilities include liaising with occupiers, preparing events to engage them, managing service providers, and helping to raise quotes to ensure a smooth and efficient environment for all.

I have learned to manage hard services and assist with finances while gaining valuable insights about operations in both hard and soft services within the buildings.

I enjoy my program to a great extent as it has equipped me with valuable team management skills. I am applying these news skills daily to effectively manage service providers, ensuring smooth operations and fostering collaboration within my team. This practical experience enhances my learning and contributes to my professional growth.

The program is well-structured and provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how organisations operate. It covers essential topics, including the role of shareholders, which has been instrumental in my growth.
