My role primarily includes progressing cases and dealing with external stakeholders like Prisons , Courts etc. I will rate my experience so far as great as staff are respectful and there is plenty of learning and training support available to all apprentice
Yes , I have become more confident in using Microsoft teams . Drafting professional emails and using IT systems to collect and store data within my department.
The programme is good although i find some aspect of it repetitive . Example will be reviewing monthly news letters.
The programme appears to be very structured.
There is plenty of support available through work shadowing, mentoring and training.
Training Provider provides good and quality training to me an apprentice and I find my tutors very supportive in my quest to complete the qualification.
So far everything is great and I feel at the end of the apprenticeship programme i would have developed key skills in operational delivery or business administration in general as this is a new area to my skills.
At the moment, sadly there haven't been any but i would recommend my employer organises one. Example will be to visit prison, Border Force etc to learn about the work within such organisations.
