  • Working as a People and Culture Administrator at Primark has allowed me to develop and refine a range of valuable skills. I’ve enhanced my organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially in managing employee records and coordinating recruitment processes. Additionally, I’ve learned new skills in using HR software and handling payroll administration efficiently. My communication skills have improved significantly through regular interaction with colleagues and addressing employee queries. Overall, this role has deepened my understanding of HR practices and strengthened my ability to contribute positively to workplace culture.
