Supporting multiple sites in cleaning,supervising,standardazing,schedule.Tasks different from day to another,but except cleaning,maintaining a good relationship with stakeholders and keeping the site at high standards are main roles.
I developed skills like organising,scheduling,standardazing,leadership.I was involved in many aspects of the job.Relationship with stake holders-Amazon and RME-as well are 2 of main tasks
Contact with situations,people,tasks.
I can say is well organized,schedules are keps as site must be clean.As well,i have time for apprenticheship as well.A single exception is PEAK,which is a tough period in Amazon
I receive enough support to move forward.As well ,unexpected and things we cannot control are situation in which we try to deal together to find a solution.Overall,still I receive enough support.
I always received support,my coach is close to my needs as an apprentice,anytime I need it,I get it.Nothing to complain about so far
Because my skills and abilities are improving,the way I am doing my job is greatly improved and my knowledge applied in my role makes the diifference
