I learnt about team building based on trust building, listening and resilience. I learnt about leadership skills and styles. I also learnt about conflict management.
I had a fantastic time throughout my programme. I have never missed any workshops and am always working towards deadlines. I had a wonderful experience with colleagues on the programme. My tutor was very professional and patient with us, and his wealth of knowledge has helped me throughout the journey.
Very structured with the application that we used to access our programme. The beginning was slow because I was unable to understand the Aptem Application but with the help of my tutor, I became confident. I can revise, review, submit my assignments and monitor my achievements.
Not much from my employer.
100% support from my Tutor and the others. My tutor was my go to person whenever I was struck.
I gained my confidence back. I was ask questions when I don't understand things. I learnt to collaborate, communicate and open to receiving feedback either positive or negative. Building a diverse team is hard especially when you are the only female in male dominated job. I overcame very well by listening, observing, having face to face conversation and building trust .
Yes, I was fully involved with all social activities organised by our clients. I am a member of QHSE representatives for the security team. I have participated in quizzes. They call me " Ade the singer and dancer".
