  • Excel London has several departments from legal to operational. When delivering an event, many different departments come together. However, this is not a procedure that is actioned suddenly, many months of planning of each event is carried out by the Event Management Team, where they liaise and arrange meetings with all departments involved in making the event happen, also informing them of any requirements of the client, given that the requirements are in line of department policies and standard operating procedures.
