  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • After a change in assessors and not really knowing what was happening with my course at the beginning, I feel like I am more aware of what I need to do and my assessor, Zoe, is brilliant. She's very approachable and makes our training session fun and engaging.

  • There wasn't any structure to the course when I first started as I had no planner or assessments set which I feel has affected my progress, however, I feel that there is structure after has taken over as my new assessor.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Realise to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Realise are great and passionate about developing their learners and staff. I have found that everyone I have spoken to are supportive and approachable which makes a huge difference when lacking confidence.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?
  • To take each day at a time. Learning can be overwhelming, especially when you haven't done a course in a long time, but it's a great learning opportunity.
