Opening and closing the store, bringing in and putting away delivery, organising the warehouse, serving customers, sorting online orders, stock taking and managing my team.
I have developed my ability to delegate and lead a team and gained confidence in my own knowledge of what we sell and what our customers are looking for,
I enjoy learning and putting my knowledge into written tasks and assessments
