  • My Role is a customer service role where I book in colleagues, stakeholder, contractors and visitors I have to check if there credentials are valid. I also have to complete back of house admin such as answering emails, making I.D cards and conducting CCTV, internal, external patrols.

  • Yes I now understand the value of building a dynamic team and how to budget within the deparment.

  • I know can fully appreciate the mangers role as I have seen what goes on behind the scenes. I can now appreciate when a change comes in to play.

  • There are networking events where I have met senior managers in the company.
