My Role is a customer service role where I book in colleagues, stakeholder, contractors and visitors I have to check if there credentials are valid. I also have to complete back of house admin such as answering emails, making I.D cards and conducting CCTV, internal, external patrols.
Yes I now understand the value of building a dynamic team and how to budget within the deparment.
