I help plan, organise and deliver engaging communications to colleagues working in customer-facing functions across Southern, Gatwick Express, Great Northern and Thameslink train companies.
I have learnt a lot more about what it takes to be a manager, how to navigate culture change and developing relationships.
The programme is enjoyable. The coaches are very supportive and, on the whole, the content is quite engaging.
The programme is well structured around day-to-day job demands and there is flexibility to catch up if you fall behind.
I am given the time I need to complete work.
I know that I can contact my coach whenever I need to.
