  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt so many new skills, this is a totally new role and I have learnt how to plan assessments, deliver training to learners, plan work in line with learners skillsets, gained further confidence around Maths and English, developed my communication skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme thoroughly I found the learning I have undertaken so far really helpful to my role, I have also enjoyed meeting my cohort and having peer interaction and I have enjoyed the tasks set by my Trainer to help develop me further.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is extremely well organised, face to face sessions are all planned out and online sessions are also in my diary. Following on from this tasks are set which is great to keep that knowledge up and I have been provided with information to support with this and feedback has been provided timely.

  • I receive so much support from my employer both my line manager and business provide me with the time to complete this.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • So much support, my trainer is on hand if I ever have any questions to support I find that she is really responsive to needs of each person within my cohort.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification really provides me with the foundation and framework of my job role, all criteria links in closely and gives me more information on areas that support me in becoming a qualified tutor.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are many activities that can be attended by staff both online and offline.

  • Yes

  • I have worked for this company for a long time and I find that the company really promotes growth within their employees, they provide excellent opportunities and really promote work life balance.
