My role is to supervise and build up teams. The part of my job is to overview the access control system, handling complaints, getting feedback from the customers. I create SOPs for the all aspects of the physical security pratcied on site.
I learnt a lot. The course allowed me how to face a chnage on site, how to hold meetings with stakeholders, how to create slides for the projects and present it in the meetings. How to make a learning plan for the officers.
It was a smooth journey, enough time for the assignments and to learn new subjects, topics and facing challenges.
The programme was having a very good structure, starting from the basics towards more depth and practical examples.
My employer was excellent. They provided me all the support I required. They gave me day off and enough time to implement the new learning.
It was outstanding help. All the programmes and resources were available. My mentor, was always quick to respond to my queries.
The programme covered most part of my jobs. It gave me new ideas and tools to implement and get good results.
Not in a great deal, but to some extent, my company holds some events on site.
