I am infrastructure team leader for the Northern patch at GTR, we plan in and facilitate maintenance and reactive works on plant and buildings ,as well as carry out renovation projects ourselves.
Yes, I have also found out that techniques i was already using have names and how to manage a team better for everyones benefit.
very much, Each workshop i walk away more confident that i will be successful in my role beacause of what i have learned.
great structure along with great flexibility if for unforeseen reasons you cannot make a workshop.
My employer has been very supportive and allowed me to take the time i need to complete my apprenticeship tasks.
