  • My role is customer service, answering customers' querries, checking the validity of train tickets, issueing mgs and penalty fare when the need arises.

  • Yes, my appenticeship programm has helped me to improve in my listening skills, communication skills, presentation, mentoring, team player, leadership, time management, interpersonal communication, presentation, and critical thinking.

  • I am enjoying it because everyday, I am discovering and improving in different areas of leadership management. Therefore, I am enjoying it to a very high extent.

  • I think my programm is well organised and structured because it doesn't put pressure on me, and the timetable and meeting with the work-coach is perfect.

  • Because they are well organised and reliable. They have staff with great experience who put their experience into work thereby making the apprenticeship programm easy and simple to handle.

  • They should not delay because it will be an eye-opener to different area and it will help them to discover their strength. It will be of great benefit to their work life and personal life.
