My role is customer service, answering customers' querries, checking the validity of train tickets, issueing mgs and penalty fare when the need arises.
Yes, my appenticeship programm has helped me to improve in my listening skills, communication skills, presentation, mentoring, team player, leadership, time management, interpersonal communication, presentation, and critical thinking.
I am enjoying it because everyday, I am discovering and improving in different areas of leadership management. Therefore, I am enjoying it to a very high extent.
I think my programm is well organised and structured because it doesn't put pressure on me, and the timetable and meeting with the work-coach is perfect.

Because they are well organised and reliable. They have staff with great experience who put their experience into work thereby making the apprenticeship programm easy and simple to handle.
