My role is to prepare morning break and am also responsible for lunch time deli.

Yes have to take temperature of thing’s I’ve prepared and log it in the daily record book. I’ve learnt more about allergen. I’ve also learnt that my fingers shouldn’t be apart of the menu so am more mindful of how I use the knife .
