Overview of FRAs, manage AED equipment, assist with any H&S queries
I am doing a leadership apprenticeship, and has already provided a lot of incite to assist with my role of line manager, and cope with difficult situations.
That is helping me getting outside the box and do things that I would not normally do outside of my comfort zone
There are workshops that assist you and makes you think and reflect on stuff you would not normally do, and puts it at perspective. Also helps with the questions asked on the apprenticeship program.
My employer supports me at full extent.
My trainer is very supportive either on our 1:1 or by email.
Makes me think differently rather than reacting straight to a situation, will make me think twice and have a better approach
