Leadership and Management of a mobile workforce over a regional area. The team consists of 4 supervisors and 48 engineers. Responsible for motivation of the team, QHSE, compliance, development and performance of the team. Using data reporting and MI to support performance and continuous improvement
learnt new leadership skills and also developed existing skills where I wasn't aware of there being theory behind what I was doing. For example, motivation, learning and understanding the theory behind motivation and how I use it day to day.
the programme is great and insightful. I would like further F2F engagement across the programme as I believe this would be beneficial
well structured with reviews and workshops. Again, F2F workshops I think would improve it further.
support is provided whenever it is required and I am encouraged to participate in the programme and to communicate any needs.
Learning Partner is always available to run through any queries. the trainers conducting the workshops are great and knowledgeable.
