I enjoy it very much. It is dynamic and lots of chances to put in practice the topics we discuss.
A little confusing in the beginning, but once past it, it flows well and naturally.

A lot. Workshops are always very useful and informative. Tutor are always helpful and professional.
It contributes a lot to my every day job and I am able to link the topics and models learnt with my activities managing a team of people and working on the Operations side of the business.
