  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed the variety of workshops we had throughout the course such as Delivering Results, The Art of Communication, and my favourite was Developing a Great Passenger Experience. But there were many more. I enjoyed the discussions. The getting to know colleagues from different departments. All of us working towards the same goal.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was well structured and organised with workshops and surgery days. There were plenty of provisions and support the coach who was always on hand to help with our needs. She always explained things in a way that were easy to understand and if we couldn’t attend a workshop for whatever reason always did a mop up course so we didn’t miss out on any course content.

  • I was glad that I was allowed my my employer to do the course and the year on the apprenticeship has been one of growth and stepping out of my comfort zone and persevering especially on day where I wanted to give up but I’m so proud of myself that I stuck with it and for my coach Kelly who please encouraged me to continue on with my journey to EPA.

  • I received the greatest support from Learnmore. is a great coach and was very hands one. Regularly conducted Progress Reviews. Checked on us to ensure we were on the right track. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that I now know that I have what it takes to go on to more senior roles than I have now. This qualification shows me that just like others before me, I can definitely perform in management roles especially with the communication skills that I have gained and the leadership styles I’ve learnt about.
