  • As a ticket office sales clerk i sells tickets, handle resverations, and provides customer service at stations. Daily tasks include processing tickets sales, managing payments, answering questions, and resolving ticketing issues. I also keep records, prepare sales reports, and ensure smooth operations on my station daily. My key skills include customer service, attention to details and time management. This role is fast paced and involves frequent customer interaction and use if ticketing systems.

  • New skills i have learned as a ticket clerk. 1. Customers service and conflict resolution 2. Cash handling and accuracy 3. Time management under pressure 4. Multitasking during peak times 5. Communication with my colleagues and customers, just a few to mentioned that i trying to developed. New things i have learn is team collaborations, sharing responsibilities and supporting others. How to build workplace etiquette, adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks. I skills contribute to my day to day growth in my field.

  • Overall, i found my course highly enjoyable and impactful. it provided me with not only the skills and knowledge needed for my career but also the confidence to apply them effectively.

  • I believe the 1 file isn't very user friendly, it may be due to factors like its layout, ease of navigation. One of my big struggle.

  • I must say they have tried, but me personally lacking in some areas. Confident being my fear.

  • This training has directly supports my daily resposibilities, making me more effective and prepared for complex tasks, and it helps build a solid foundation going forward.
