As a part of the maintenance and contracts team I mainly carry out carpentry maintenance and repairs. This includes uPVC window repairs, locksmithing and inspections. I have to inspect my own jobs that then gets passed to the scheduler's through my tablet to be booked in. I also deal with emergency repairs.
