My role is to engage and safe guard all children in te setting i work with.
Yes. i have learnt a lot doing this apprenticeship from safe guarding, health and safety, risk assessments.
I really enjoyed the apprenticeship programme once i had a new assessor.
Really well organised just wish the wording of the questions were different due to not understanding them.
More from other employers then manager herself.
Absolutly lots when i had a change of assessor, like she actully wantd to help me to get my qualification.
I have the knowledge to be able to help the children best i can with how they develop.
