Inbox management, Uploading files, organisational skills, putting in meetings for people and seeing where they could fit in their calendars, site pass requests.
Yes I have learnt how to use Microsoft 365 much better and inbox management for myself and also organisational skills for my calendar. I have also learnt how to use the systems that we use to upload files.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship as I enjoy my job and the people I work with, this is because I have lots of flexibility at work and I don't feel under pressure if I struggle at a certain task.
I would say quite well but I do think that my apprenticeship does lack some organisation as sometimes they do forget to do certain things for example not doing my initial assessment until I was in the company for 2 months when it should of been done months before I started.
I would say we receive excellent support with our personal needs and AWE offer lots of support for people who may be Neurodiverse . They make sure work fits your needs not you fit around work.
I say Minimum, if we are struggling with our work we do get support but for our EPA I do think we should get some help for revision for our assessment as its quite hard to learn just from google.
I think that it will give me the skills and assets I need for when I outturn into the business and make me more confident in the work I carry out.
I take part in any events awe offer that will contribute to my job roll for example I am helping develop the Business Administration showcase that will happen next year.
Yes
They offer an excellent apprenticeship scheme and the job you outturn to can set you for life in the company, alongside this they offer great support during your apprenticeship so if you do get worried or stuck about something someone is always there to go through it with you. They also have really good behaviours in the work place so you always feel safe and comfortable at work.
Be yourself, express your interest why you want to work at awe and what you could bring to the company, by this show you can work with people and support others even if you are just an apprentice. I also recommend reading the behaviours on their website as this is a huge factor of working at AWE.
