I have learned a lot of new skills in regards to electrical maintenance and installation
I have enjoyed the apprenticeship experience
there are some aspects which are very organised and some areas that are not so organised. However this year the company has taken on almost 300 apprentices so this is to be expected.
support is great from training managers and line manager. Also experienced engineers often come in to help out which is brilliant
a good amount of support
I believe a lot will help, some modules in our qualification would not be needed but it is still good to learn.
not that I am aware of, however as the electrical maintenance team are close we have socialised outside of work .
Yes
because it is a organisation which offers a stable and rewarding career. progression opportunities with great benefits
My advice would be to take the apprenticeship seriously & pay attention to senior members of staff as they are always happy to help.
