  • Hand fitting exercises as a starter, taking apart old parts before putting them back together to get experience of maintenance.

  • Fantastic instructors, and thoroughly enjoy my programme so far.

  • Very well organised, great structure.

  • Employer always responds to messages within an hour and will help you with any issues you have.

  • Being in contact with them is hit and miss, with some lecturers being better than others.

  • Although a bit slow at times, it's really beneficial and provides a lot a background knowledge.

  • Currently a STEM Ambassador, where I go into schools and explain what I do at AWE to school age children.

  • AWE will do anything to look after their employees and are a fantastic company to work for.

  • Read the apprenticeship descriptions carefully and fully research what the company's about.
