    • My tole is area Loss prevention & security leader ( Manager). I provide mentorship and leadership on the Security & Loss prevention to a cluster of stores in that I am a matrix support function to unit leader. This involved day to day unit visits and follow up on units.

    • Yes, to be able to learn leadership and management traits and be able to develop others unit leaders in there roles and ways of workings.

    • Can be interesting to learn new concepts and theories. Furthermore ways to apply into the workforce to be able to get the most out of people.

    • Can be a challenge to fit in with changing and developing priorities at work.

    • A lot of support and patience from my workplace coach. in order to develop me ways of workings and ways to bring theories into realities.

    • It helps in that it provided an underlining theory based foundation to be able to assist in being able to implement day to day within routine.
