  • Hands on Learning over multiple trades, completing set tasks to a high standard as part of the training

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have been on this apprenticeship for 3 months and have gained skills in business communication, Health and safety, further mathematics and electronics such as wire management and prep, soldering, creation of circuit boards, component knowledge. All in just the first 3 months.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • pride in process, learn at your own speed within reason

  • overall its very well structured with a few quirks right at the beginning which is to be expected

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have ASD, ADHD, ODD and Dyslexia and out of all of my 10years working in different industry's prior. AWE had provided me with the best most complete support I have ever experienced with a really good attitude to anyone of any needs be it someone who neurotypical or not getting any support they feel like they need and furthermore will ask and suggest any things they feel might help if they see your struggling you honestly do not need to suffer in silence. diversity in all regards are advocated for.

  • its critical to my role as Im learning new stills in a new career path

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • yes however you I would wait a year before joining them as there is a lot to do

  • Be clear, Be Confident(it might be daunting but you can do it as long as you do the work), Be honest
