My Role is Passenger Host I was not able to find transport as a job option. I go on trains and check for ticket issues and offer customer service as well and issue penalty fares and MG's. We also go to revenue excises at different stations.
I have only just started the course but so far it seems like it will be very beneficial for me and will help me progress within my company
I have only just started but so far it has been very good and my mentor from learnmore is great
So far it has been very organised and very well structured

Because the railway is a very stable job with a good pension
Just come to work on time. Safety is very important on the railway yours and the passengers so always be vigilant and aware of your surroundings.
