I assist the chef in the kitchen, preparing for dishes, chopping, slicing and dicing. I do the washing up, I also do cleaning Of the kitchen, dry stores, fridges and freezer, counter and under counters. I serve the food, plating up the main meal and puddings and I also work the tills. I display food and take temperatures and record them
My knife skills have improved and my confidence is growing
