I work as a kitchen assistant but I am practically responsible for the bakery department… does it deal with the production and distribution of the bakery department from the very beginning to the very end. I order all the ingredients I need. I make them according to the recipe and then I display them and I also deal with their sale. I take care of their freshness and dispose of them if necessary.
because the menu changes qu offen I learn new recipes. When one of the employees is not at work due to illness I also cover them by making pizza, salads, sandwiches or working the till.
first of all I have a greater awareness of how the kitchen works from the very beginning of production to the final sale. The course teaches me to plan my work but I still need to learn how to work out production costs
I think it's good, although I admit that there is a large outlay on English and mathematics and we don't cook or teach much and theory. I have a speech that in the future there will be more lessons with participation, that's why there are ten programs, we devote too much time to learning English and mathematics and where is the practice in all this
I admit that I have to have everything from my department ready so that my coworkers don't have to prepare for me because otherwise it would be hard for me to participate in this program. So I have to be very organized and ahead so that I can participate in the program.
there is a lot of help from the carer, but there is so much that I am not able to reconcile everything at the moment. Working and running a household... a lot of effort is required of us. So there are arrears. from my side
I would really like to solve myself and be able to prove myself in a new job position. I would like to develop and not stand still.
I don't know anything about it
No
honestly I am disappointed with the company. because I think that for the duties I perform, comparing them to my co-workers, I should have a much higher salary. The company completely does not appreciate people who can work and want to work. They work hard and can find their way in every job position. The company is not interested in employees, we are just a number for them. There are no bonuses, not even for Christmas 🫣 we do not receive any gift ... and besides, you have to wait for clothes for over half a year ... you have to buy them yourself because otherwise you would be walking around in torn clothes. The company does not care about employees and I have experience with other employers, it is a huge gap ... sad
I have no advice… because only people work here because of the working hours and the break from school because they have nothing to do with the children… they hardly try because they don't care… what advice can I give them if they only work the minimum and don't give anything else…
