Get to school, clean up and sanitise, wear proper uniform and then start cooking, baking, labelling and carry out other tasks such as check temperature, and follow the menu.
Yes, I have developed several new skills such as an increased sense of discipline, organisation and communication along with various cooking skills such as making various new dishes in different cuisines, using the right equipment like knives and chopping boards etc.
I really enjoyed the programme as I got to meet new people and learn a lot of new dishes which enchanced my culinary skills.
The programme is really well organised with clear planning and the teachers are very nice, helpful and kind. The way they teach us to make new food makes it very easy to learn.
I received alot of support from my employer as they encouraged me to take the programme which would help me in my future career.
