  • I work in a secondary school kitchen, we cater 4 service periods. I bake & cover street vibes.

  • Yes, I have learnt a lot in the 2 years there, plus since I started my apprenticeship

  • It’s very good, I like learning new things. It also helps me to build self confidence

  • They are very helpful & supportive, understanding too if targets can’t be reached by a certain date

  • I have learnt new skills which I then use in the kitchen, again it helps to build my self confidence too
