Learned lots of new skills, people skills, management style, which has all helped in my role
very much enjoy learning about different management styles, dealing with different situations.
very well organised, the hardest part is trying to complete the task while dealing with everyday work.
i get some support from my employer although i do feel they could support more to enable me to put the time needed in to complete my tasks
lots of support,is very good and helps whenever I need.
very well, without this course I don't think I would have progressed very quickly, this role was very new to me I jumped from being a plumber to management 18 months before starting this course
