As much as I need, as long as the work doesnt suffer.
As its a leadership course and my role currently is not leadership I can see it helping more in the future but certainly wont do any harm in the mean time.
Not as many as there could be but isn't necessarily a complaint as home and work life can be a tricky thing to balance for some.
