  • As much as I need, as long as the work doesnt suffer.

  • As its a leadership course and my role currently is not leadership I can see it helping more in the future but certainly wont do any harm in the mean time.

  • Not as many as there could be but isn't necessarily a complaint as home and work life can be a tricky thing to balance for some.

  • Helps if you have a good knowledge of the railway but if you don't just be willing to learn and you will be fine.
