I am an HR Manager at The Langham Hotel London, where my responsibilities entail recruitment, employee relations, administration, and reward and recognition programs. I collaborate daily with my team and department heads, ensuring all my tasks align with these core areas.
I have learned more about myself, first of all. I have also learned about the type of leader I aspire to be.
I am quite excited to be art of this programme. I take all my tasks seriously and I enjoy writing in my Learning Journal about new skills or experiences that taught me new things.
