I am a train Guard and instructor. My main role is safe dispatch of the trains at stations and overall safety of the train. Also Customer Service and training up new Guards when they join they railway
On the Apprenticeship? A Little bit. At my Job Yes.
I enjoy the parts where I get to do Evidence that my managers have found for me to do to go towards my apprenticeship. The time given for the Apprenticeship i haven't enjoyed.
Not very good. Time not given, My Company doesn't give me the time to do it, but learnmore aren't helping with making sure i get that time and don't undestand how my Role at my job works
A fair amount when I can get released.
Hardly any, We meet every now and again and I feel like guidance isn't given and the One File system is awful.
I feel like it will look good on an application and gives me some new knowledge.
