Various skills in leadership as well as managing defective trains in service.
I enjoy the programme and am learning a great deal. I have previously completed a Level 3 so this is nice to build on tis knowledge.
very well organised. the workshops are planned in advance and the length of them is long enough to gain knowledge and keep you interested. The tasks are outlined after the workshops to work through in a logical manner.
I have their full support in helping me to achieve my Level 5.
They are very supportive and any questions I do have are answered very promptly with everything explained.
This qualification will help me develop in my role and improve my performance along with the fleet performance.
There is a Slade Green football team that trains and plays regularly.
