I am in charge of a team of 12 mobile engineers, we maintain and repair all on board facilities on Southeastern trains. i deal with a large group of stakeholders.
Within the role i am constantly learning new skills and strategies, my Apprentaship has taught me to apply some of these.
On the most part it has felt like self learning
This has been the weakness of the course, different instructors and lack of cohesion
