Sales in Kitchens. Meeting with new customers on a daily basis, and making they're dream kitchen come to life which involves a free home measure, design and quote. Most my days I am doing designs or quotations for my customers, or doing sales.
My sales techniques have definitely improved from when I first started at MKM and in the sales industry, and also the correct way to have the perfect Kitchen layout, colours contras and knowing all the supply chains and about their product.
I really enjoyed doing my apprenticeship as it was the best way to help me gain all my knowledge and skills that I will need on a day-today basis. It was also good to meet new people who were doing the same as me.
Really good. was also really good at helping if I felt like I was struggling to keep up and also give me more time to complete tasks. I like how each Module was different and had different time scales to complete each module.
Within my branch, and also outside support was great. My manger and showroom colleagues were great at helping me understand questions and the tasks. Having others do it along side me also was great as we could help each other. was also amazing at helping me reach my time scales and helping where need be.
was great at helping and reassuring me all though-out the apprenticeship, I understood all our modules we had together and if they was something I was unsure on would break it down and give me examples which was really helpful. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
was really good at making me feel confidant in my role from the start which would boost my confidences in sales but also when speaking to customers. would also explain what qualification I would gain from the apprenticeship and how this would look for my future at MKM
The Perth branch is always getting up to something! We also have new changes within the showroom and in branch. New things to look forward to like our showroom getting done up, Christmas games and partys, birthdays there is also fun and cakes brought in.

All staff is very friendly and we want to give our best customer service possible but also our quality on products is great. Customer get what they pay for
Speak to your colleagues when you are unsure on something. Don't be afraid to ask for help everyone was great at helping me the best they could. With being new and not having any experience they will understand. It's a really good family friendly environment as well and we all push each other
